Hello Members of Cliffside Park and Fairview School Community,
I am excited for the 2019-2020 school year. On behalf of the staff, we anticipate a very exciting and rewarding school year.
Prior to being appointed as the building leader I had the opportunity to teach History, serve as the Attendance Officer and act as an Instructional Supervisor in the district.
We are happy to announce that we have added three in house academies with concentrations in STEM, Culinary Arts, and the Humanities. We are one of the few schools in Bergen County to offer an associate degree program to our juniors and seniors. Additionally 64 college credits are offered in the High School at reduced rates. We are in the process of bringing career certifications and credentials to our students through partnerships with local business and community programs.
With the help of the Board of Education we have updated the Wellness Center, Library, Athletic Trainer’s Facility, classroom furniture and technology to truly create a student-centered environment.
